Encore AI Raises $30M Series A to Build Learning Customer Service and Monetize Enterprise Data

AI startup Encore AI has secured $30 million in Series A funding, led by Team8 with contributions from Planven, Lukatz, and various banking and insurance entities. The firm specializes in building autonomous voice agents and team-assist tools that analyze customer interactions to drive business outcomes.
Originally launched in 2022 by CEO Dvir Ginzburg as a recommendation tool for financial advisors, the company has rebranded to Encore AI. Its core technology, termed "interaction mining," analyzes call recordings, emails, and texts to identify successful communication patterns. The platform integrates with CRM systems to extract and apply the strategies used by top performers.
The system supports real-time voice and text interactions, offering live suggestions to agents during conversations. With over 40 global enterprise clients—predominantly in finance—the company has seen its annual recurring revenue multiply by more than five times in under 18 months.
Addressing competition from CRM leaders like Salesforce and SAP, Ginzburg notes that legacy vendors face significant technical hurdles in repurposing historical data for AI agents. This funding will support U.S. sales expansion and accelerate platform adoption among major financial institutions.
