A Tool for Efficient Internal Collaboration
SteamGPT primarily assists the customer support team with repetitive tasks. It swiftly retrieves and summarizes player account information, including registration duration and credit score, enabling human representatives to evaluate user status and resolve issues more efficiently.
The tool also serves internal task management. By intelligently summarizing numerous support requests and internal tasks, SteamGPT reduces the time developers and support staff spend sifting through information, thereby optimizing the overall workflow.
Internally Used, Not for Players
