Tencent Unveils WorkBuddy Public Welfare Edition, Deploying 15 AI Agents Across 42 Scenarios
Marking the 12th "Jiujiu Public Welfare" campaign on September 2, WorkBuddy’s public welfare edition—Tencent Public Welfare Smart Assistant "Public Welfare Buddy"—was officially launched. As the first infrastructure-level AI solution for the charity sector developed by Tencent SSV on the WorkBuddy Agent foundation, it is now accessible to institutional users via the "Discover Applications" portal.

To streamline repetitive administrative tasks like activity reporting, progress tracking, invoice management, and filing, Public Welfare Buddy integrates 11 scenario capsules and 42 capabilities, powered by 15 intelligent agents. These tools address key needs including funding applications, invoice processing, due diligence analysis, and charity law interpretation.
Seamlessly connected to the Tencent Public Welfare Institution Service Platform, the assistant generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzes donor data, processes invoices, and updates documents and filings. During the "Jiujiu Public Welfare" campaign, users can also generate a "Jiujiu Love Battle Report" with a single click. Beyond platform-specific data, its general capabilities offer hundreds of charity-specific skills and expert teams, with all AI-generated content subject to mandatory human review before publication.
