Baidu AI Cloud Revenue Surges 79% to 8.8 Billion as Kunlun Xiang P800 Rolls Out 10,000-Card Cluster

On the afternoon of May 18, Baidu officially released its first-quarter 2026 financial report, with total revenue reaching 32.1 billion yuan. Among this, general business revenue was 26 billion yuan, an increase of 2% year-on-year, exceeding market expectations. During this period, the AI business demonstrated strong growth momentum, with Baidu's AI cloud revenue reaching 8.8 billion yuan, growing by a high 79% year-on-year. GPU cloud revenue even saw an explosive growth of 184%.
During the financial report period, Baidu Intelligent Cloud was fully upgraded to a new full-stack AI cloud aimed at large-scale intelligent agent applications. It comprehensively evolved Agent Infra and AI Infra capabilities, enhancing the full-chain collaboration from underlying computing power to intelligent agent applications. In the market, Baidu Intelligent Cloud once again won the industry's double champion with 25 winning projects and a winning amount of 1.248 billion yuan in the first quarter, with the winning amount nearly five times that of the second place.
In the field of computing hardware, the Kunlun X P800 has completed large-scale verification and delivered multiple ten-thousand-card clusters, successfully completing the training of the important version 5.1 of the ERNIE large model. At the same time, the Tianchi 256-card super node built based on Kunlun X has been successfully launched and is scheduled for release in June. Its throughput performance has improved by 25%, and it has completed adaptation for mainstream large models such as ERNIE, DeepSeek, GLM, and MiniMax, significantly improving the inference efficiency by 50%.
