Adobe Unveils 10 Specialized AI Agents: Discover Their Business Applications
If you thought Adobe was all about Creative Cloud, think again. The company has been quietly building a robust suite of enterprise solutions, like the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), which helps businesses deliver personalized customer experiences, such as custom shopping journeys. Now, they're taking things up a notch with the integration of AI agents.
This week, Adobe kicked off its annual Adobe Summit conference, and it was no surprise that agentic AI took center stage. The highlight? The launch of Agent Orchestrator within AEP, which empowers users to build, manage, and deploy AI agents from Adobe and third-party providers.
According to Adobe, over a trillion experiences are activated through AEP annually. Agent Orchestrator taps into a deep understanding of enterprise data, content, and customer journeys to enhance these experiences. A suite of Experience Platform Agents, including 10 purpose-built agents out-of-the-box, can be directly utilized in Adobe's enterprise applications.
The press release detailed the full list of agents: Account qualification agent, Audience agent, Content production agent, Data insights agent, Data engineering agent, Experimentation agent, Journey agent, Product advisor agent, Site optimization agent, and Workflow optimization agent.

These agents harness AI to perform specific tasks. For instance, the Content production agent crafts content from a brief, helping marketers and creatives increase their output while sticking to brand guidelines. Meanwhile, the Site optimization agent can pinpoint, diagnose, and resolve issues on a brand's website to boost customer engagement.
Adobe's analytics reveal a staggering 1,200% surge in traffic to US retail sites from generative AI sources between July 2024 and February 2025. Adobe believes agentic AI will further strengthen the connection between consumers and brands.
Adobe also introduced Adobe Brand Concierge, a new application built on the AEP Agent Orchestrator. This app transcends the conventional AI chatbot experience, creating "richer" customer interactions by leveraging customer data and brand attributes. The Brand Concierge Agent is designed to guide customers from browsing to making confident purchases.

Adobe
The Brand Concierge Agent collaborates with other agents to craft personalized experiences and tackle team-specific challenges. For example, Adobe says it can offer more than just generic product info on a brand website. It can tailor responses based on the account relationship and even go as far as scheduling a follow-up meeting.
At Adobe Summit, the company unveiled several other exciting announcements. You can stay updated with the latest news through ZDNET's on-the-ground coverage or visit the Adobe Newsroom website for more details.
