360 Announces Major Upgrade to Security Lobster Platform, Introducing Rapid Self-Built Expert AI Agent Feature

360 Company recently issued an internal communication announcing the official launch of the “Lobster Project.” In this announcement, the company revealed that every employee will receive 100 million Token credits, which can be used on its “360 Security Lobster” AI Agent platform. This initiative is designed to drive a fundamental shift within the organization, moving beyond simple use of AI tools toward collaboration with dedicated AI teams and fostering the “super individual” work model typical of the AI era.
As the core component of 360’s strategy for productivity applications, “360 Security Lobster” already incorporates over a hundred specialized intelligent agents. These agents serve various industries such as code development, office collaboration, industry analysis, and business decision-making, and they are also integrated with popular development tools like Claude Code. On May 13, the platform will undergo a significant functional update that will introduce the “Lobster Coach” feature. This new feature enables users to set up roles, configure skills, and establish workflows through an automated process within just 10 minutes, thereby significantly lowering the barriers to creating personalized AI agents.
To address the high costs often associated with large model applications, 360 has implemented tiered operational modes at the technical level. The lightweight and cost-saving modes can reduce token usage by up to 99% and 80% respectively, making it more feasible for large enterprises to deploy these solutions on a widespread scale. As AI applications shift from a focus on computing power to emphasis on practical efficiency, 360’s combination of substantial token subsidies and user-friendly tools for building AI agents not only facilitates internal productivity reforms but also indicates that AI Agents are rapidly moving into real-world applications, progressing from general-purpose technologies to solutions tailored for specific business needs.
