3 Years, 20x Growth: AI-Native Game Trend Nears as Over Half of Mainstream Developers Complete Tech Convergence

The gaming industry is undergoing deep transformation, and AI-native games are reshaping its landscape at an incredible pace. Industry forecasts suggest the market for AI-native games could expand 20-fold in the next three years. This trend was confirmed at the recent "Cloud Intelligence Think Tank · AI Game Evolution" salon.
At the event, Sanqi Interactive, a top-tier industry player, presented its deep collaboration with tech giant Baidu Intelligent Cloud. As a globally top-20 listed game company, Sanqi Interactive doesn't just treat AI as a supplementary tool — it has embedded AI deeply into its core operations. By leveraging high-performance computing infrastructure and the Qianfan Large Model Platform, the company has deployed AI across key business areas such as AI-generated assets, intelligent content infrastructure, and AI-powered customer service.
This technology integration has delivered impressive cost savings and efficiency gains. Data shows that after launching the intelligent customer service system built through their partnership, the SLA fulfillment rate jumped from 61% to 99.3%, enabling near-24/7 accurate responses. Meanwhile, overall operating costs fell by 61%, freeing up more R&D resources for the company.
Beyond internal efficiency gains, the externalization of technical capabilities has also stood out. Sanqi Interactive built the copyright protection platform "Lingchacha" using its own industry-specific large model. The platform's features are now being made available to the entire industry through Baidu Intelligent Cloud's ecosystem. This shift shows that large model technology in gaming has moved from isolated business support to a full-chain ecological collaboration spanning creation, services, and copyright protection.
