Zhipu AI Unveils AutoClaw iOS App, Mobile Agent Embarks on Dual-Mode Evolution
Recently, Zhipu AI officially launched the iOS version of AutoClaw (Chinese name: Aolong), now available for download via the App Store. This marks a key mobile entry point for the AI Agent execution tool, arriving just two months after its PC version debuted on March 10th.
Core Features and Synchronization Mechanism
The AutoClaw app syncs account information in real time with the PC version. Users can create, edit, delete Agents, and manage group chats directly from their mobile devices, handling complex tasks through multi-Agent collaboration. A standout feature is the innovative "dual-mode" execution environment, which lets users switch modes depending on their needs:

Local "Lobster" Mode: Tasks run locally using the PC's computing power, ideal for office environments where data privacy is paramount.
Cloud "Lobster" Mode: Tasks execute in the cloud, enabling users to issue commands anytime, anywhere via their phones — no need for an online computer. This greatly enhances the flexibility of Agent responses.
Mobile Product Simplification
To suit mobile usage patterns, the AutoClaw app initially takes a "simplified" approach, stripping out some advanced PC modules and focusing on core creation and execution functions. Currently, the app does not support the following:
Data Visualization: Lacks the "Hermes Evolution Dashboard" (Agent evolution records and data summary) and the Token usage statistics panel.
Extended Services: No MCP (Model Context Protocol) service entrance is integrated, and the app does not support a Skill store or one-click access to third-party IM platforms (e.g., WeChat, Feishu, Enterprise WeChat, DingTalk).
