Yushu Technology officially launched its shares on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board on August 19, issuing 40.4464 million shares, including 9.707 million allocated for online sales. The IPO price was set at 150.80 yuan per share, reflecting a price-to-earnings ratio of 219.23. Post-issuance, restricted A-shares account for 92.5611% of circulating shares, while unrestricted A-shares make up 7.4389%.
The capital raised will primarily fund research and development, capacity expansion, and market promotion. Financially, Yushu Technology reported revenue of 1.152 billion yuan in the first half of 2026, a 48.54% year-over-year increase. Net profit reached 274 million yuan, marking a significant turnaround from the 32.0245 million yuan loss recorded in the same period last year.
