Through two flagship products—the AI Cockpit Kit and the Doubao Cockpit Assistant—this solution aims to transform intelligent cockpits from basic voice interaction into a "smart brain" capable of autonomous driving.
Agentic AI focuses on equipping systems with the capacity to think and act autonomously. According to Yang Liwei, Vice President of Volc Engine, this upgrade is designed to push beyond the limits of existing cockpit capabilities by deeply merging three core engines, turning vehicles from mere command-executing tools into proactive intelligent entities that understand needs and solve problems.

Data shows that over 7 million smart vehicles now feature the Doubao large model. Recently, Dongfeng Motor entered a strategic cooperation with Volc Engine to explore new use cases for the Doubao large model. Additionally, Rongwei announced a partnership and launched a new AI-native car series named "Jiayue."
Per official plans, vehicles developed under the new Agentic AI solution will begin mass production this year.
