On the afternoon of April 29th, during the 9th Digital China Construction Summit, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) officially unveiled ten digital technology achievements representing the current pinnacle of central enterprise capabilities. The announced achievements span multiple strategic frontier fields, including industrial software, core electronic components, and artificial intelligence. Among them, China Telecom's "Xingchen Large Model" became a focal point of the event. As introduced, this model has achieved "full modality, full scale, and full domestic capability," meaning the entire technical chain—from the underlying architecture to top-level applications—is independently controlled, providing a foundational guarantee for the security of China's large model technology.
Beyond the highly anticipated AI large model, another achievement of significant practical value is the "Port Digital Twin Intelligent Simulation and Decision-making Platform." This platform uses digital means to construct a "twin world" that perfectly mirrors the physical port, leveraging intelligent algorithms for simulation experiments and decision support. This greatly enhances the foresight and scientific precision of port operations and management.
During the summit, relevant participants jointly issued the initiative "Digital Intelligence Empowers Future Industries: Innovation Leads Industrial Transformation." The initiative calls for building consensus and collaborating through the deep integration of digital and intelligent technologies to drive the high-quality development of future industries.
