Moxing Intelligence Secures Major Pre-A Funding for Token Infrastructure

Moxing Intelligence, a provider of "Token Super Factory" solutions, announced today the completion of a pre-A funding round amounting to several hundred million RMB. The round was led by Datai Capital, with participation from Shanghai Semiconductor Industry Investment Fund, Yongxing Materials, Bangsheng Capital, Yihet Capital, and other investors. Existing shareholder Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Venture Capital Fund also followed on in this round. This marks the company's third financing event within two years, having previously secured backing from Yunchu Capital and Lianxin Capital.
Established in June 2024, Moxing Intelligence is positioned as a Token infrastructure provider for general artificial intelligence (AGI). Its core offerings are the "Token Super Factory" and a super node computing cluster, which deliver high-performance, high-quality, and cost-effective Token supply through optimized software-hardware co-design. Its Token business has already been commercially deployed and is scaling delivery to leading clients across various industries, demonstrating rapid growth.
Investors widely recognize that as model capabilities advance and application scenarios proliferate, Tokens are evolving from an intermediate variable in computation to a key production factor throughout the AI industry chain. Ye Weigang noted that a high-quality, large-scale supply of Tokens will become a critical variable determining the pace of AGI deployment. Moxing Intelligence's expertise in software deployment optimization and hardware system innovation is poised to bridge the entire stack from underlying compute to upper-layer applications. Qu Liefeng further emphasized that Tokens serve as both the fundamental unit for model data processing and a core resource driving continuous evolution. The company's advantages in production efficiency and quality control are beginning to establish a competitive moat.
Early investor Chen Yu stated that with surging demand for large model applications, the quantity and quality of Token supply have become a bottleneck. The "Token Super Factory" model has already proven its capability for large-scale delivery. Huang Bingxiu pointed out that Token infrastructure is becoming critical for AI development and will see expanded opportunities in Hong Kong and overseas markets.
In summary, this funding round reflects continued capital investment in the foundational resource layer of AI. Within the context of synergistic evolution between computing power, models, and applications, the strategic importance of Tokens as "production materials" is rising. Related infrastructure companies are expected to become key players in the next phase of industry competition.
