Meyuan Health and Ant Health Partner to Integrate AI Health Agent into Ant Afu
On March 23, Meiyuan Health entered into a comprehensive strategic partnership with Ant Health. The collaboration will combine their respective strengths in offline medical service networks and digital health ecosystems to create an AI-powered healthcare service loop. This integrated system will encompass health screening, medical treatment, and long-term health management.
Meiyuan Health operates nearly 600 health screening centers across China, serving around 30 million individuals each year and having cumulatively served over 260 million people. The company is actively pursuing its "All in AI" strategy, with AI-related business generating approximately 250 million yuan in revenue during the first three quarters of 2025. Ant Health's AI-powered application, "Ant Afu," is linked to more than 5,000 public hospitals and over 300,000 registered doctors nationwide. The platform serves over 100 million users and handles more than 10 million health inquiries daily.

The first milestone of this partnership is the integration of Meiyuan Health's AI assistant, "Jiankang Xiaomei," into the Ant Afu App. With user consent, individuals can now instantly access and receive AI-powered interpretations of their health reports from the past three years. "Jiankang Xiaomei" offers three core functions: intelligent report analysis and risk stratification using large language models, evidence-based intervention suggestions drawn from clinical knowledge bases, and tracking of health trends across multiple years with early warnings. Looking ahead, the partners plan to connect the entire service chain. This includes personalized screening recommendations, intelligent guidance during examinations, and post-examination support such as diagnosis, medication, and ongoing health management.
From an industry-wide perspective, the health management sector is shifting from a one-time check-up model towards preventive medicine and continuous care. Consequently, the core market opportunity is expanding from a trillion-yuan health screening market to a ten-trillion-yuan health management market. This partnership, which merges digital health platforms with standardized offline service networks, could establish a scalable blueprint for AI-driven healthcare services.
