Meituan Launches Xiaotuan Health Butler AI and Health Card, Enters Family Health Management

At the Wuzhen Health Conference today, Meituan Healthcare introduced "Xiao Tu Health Assistant," an AI product designed for family health management, along with a new paid membership called "Health Card." This move marks Meituan's first effort to combine AI and membership services in the family health space. Users can now find the service by searching relevant keywords in the Meituan App.
"Xiao Tu Health Assistant" goes beyond basic medical advice and health services—it also manages family health records and offers smart interpretation of physical exam reports. Powered by Meituan's instant delivery network, it forms a complete loop from AI consultation to online medicine orders, virtual visits, and medical appointment booking. This creates a service that covers the entire family across all scenarios and life stages.
The new "Health Card" membership emphasizes affordability and fast delivery. It offers rebates on over 1,000 medications (including more than 300 branded drugs), dedicated one-on-one rush delivery that cuts average wait time by 20 minutes, and reimbursement subsidies for outpatient and emergency visits at physical clinics—blending online and offline services seamlessly.
