Higgsfield secures $400 million funding, reaching $5.4 billion valuation with investments from Goldman Sachs and Intel
AI video platform Higgsfield has secured $400 million in funding from DST Global, Goldman Sachs, Liberty Global, and Intel, achieving a $5.4 billion valuation, per the Financial Times. The two-year-old startup is rapidly scaling enterprise subscriptions, signaling accelerated commercialization.

Valuation Quadrupled in 8 Months, Annual Revenue Reaches $7 Billion
This latest round follows an $80 million raise just eight months ago at a $1.3 billion valuation, led by former Snapchat executive Alex Mashrabov. Launched in 2025, Higgsfield generated $7 billion in annual revenue by August, a sharp increase from $20 million the previous year.
User adoption has surged, with Higgsfield now active in 238 countries and boasting over 30 million users, primarily in the U.S. Achieving $7 billion in annual revenue in under two years marks a remarkable growth trajectory in the AI video sector.
From Teen Filters to Enterprise Marketing Engine
Mashrabov stated that this capital will accelerate the company’s push into the premium market. Enterprise clients now drive most revenue, up from less than 25% in January. He noted that while his work at Snapchat focused on teenage entertainment, Higgsfield is transforming marketing for large enterprises.
Modern creators and brands leverage AI for high-quality visuals. Hundreds of direct-to-consumer brands, including Dollar Shave Club, produce multiple videos daily using Higgsfield, moving beyond single outputs per campaign. Mashrabov highlighted that social teams can maintain rapid content iteration while reducing costs associated with creative agencies.
