According to the notice, starting at midnight on June 25, 2026, the question-answering entry on the ERNIE Bot official website will officially begin the upgrade. This means that users who wish to continue using AI features such as intelligent dialogue, creative writing, efficient office assistance, and professional information queries, as well as experience the powerful computing power of the latest ERNIE large model, will need to migrate to the Baidu ERNIE website for operations.
To ensure a smooth transition for users’ personal assets, the official has set a one-month buffer period. From now until July 25, users can still view and export their personal data on the ERNIE Bot official website, including past conversation history, valuable collections, personalized command libraries, and related memory data. The official specifically reminds users that the deadline for data export is 23:59:59 on July 25, and after that time, historical archives cannot be retrieved. All users are advised to back up their data in advance.
After this service migration, the Baidu ERNIE website will not only serve as a simple interface for interaction but will also integrate a suite of powerful AI productivity tools. According to the information, the upgraded platform will add several convenient features, including AI-powered college entrance exam volunteer recommendations, efficient AI-generated PPTs, in-depth academic research assistance, personal fortune prediction, and AI music creation, all aimed at building a more comprehensive and intelligent digital creation space for users.
Additionally, for users who have previously purchased paid memberships and still have remaining balance, the official has provided a clear refund plan.
