AntGroup's DTClaw Unveils AI Payment Feature, Pay for Lobster with a Single Sentence
No need to write code or set up complex configurations—just say a word, and "Lobster" can enable payments!
On April 21, Ant Technology's DTClaw officially launched its AI payment feature. Users simply tell DTClaw "Enable AI Payment" and follow the instructions to complete authorization and activation. After that, they can smoothly use Alipay within DTClaw to purchase memberships and other paid services.
For example, renewing a membership takes just three steps:
1. Tell DTClaw what you need, such as "I want to renew."
2. The user confirms the renewal order.
3. DTClaw autonomously processes the AI payment, and the user confirms completion.

This feature is a payment solution for AI agents like OpenClaw (commonly known as "Lobster"), built on Alipay's AI Pay. Essentially, it creates a payment infrastructure for "Lobster," meaning intelligent agents are no longer limited to information exchange—they can now autonomously perform payments and achieve value loops. This lays the groundwork for future collaboration and transactions among AI agents, and for the agent economy.
DTClaw incorporates multiple safeguards to ensure payment security. First, users must manually activate the payment capability by completing identity verification, and each transaction requires personal authorization and confirmation, ensuring control and trust. Additionally, DTClaw's proprietary CARLI security model provides reliable "brakes" and "black boxes" for intelligent agents, establishing a comprehensive safety barrier for "Lobster's operations, making every action controllable, auditable, and traceable.
