Alexa+ will first be introduced to German users through a pilot program. Over the coming weeks, local users will gradually receive official invitations to experience it. During the testing phase, all invited users can enjoy this cutting-edge product at no cost.
The subscription model after the testing period is already taking shape. Under Amazon's latest policy, Prime members can continue to use Alexa+ for free, while non-Prime users will need to pay a monthly fee of 22.99 euros. This differentiated pricing strategy highlights the clear logic behind tech giants' approach to monetizing generative AI.
