You can upgrade your subscription anytime. Upon upgrading, you will be billed a pro-rated amount for the difference, covering the rest of your billing period.

How does the property count work with HMOs?

Each unique property address is counted as one property. For HMOs (available on Standard and Professional plans), each property is counted as one, irrespective of the number of individual units or rooms within it.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account access will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
