Which plan is best for me?

Relay.app offers scalable plans to fit your needs, and you can switch anytime. Every plan includes all automation features with adjustable step and AI credit limits. The key difference is whether you're using it solo or with a team.

If you're unsure, start with our generous Free plan. It provides full access to Relay.app's features, including 200 automated steps and 500 AI credits monthly.

The Professional plan is ideal for individuals, starting at $19/month for 750 steps and 5,000 AI credits. Costs adjust based on your usage of additional steps and credits.

For collaboration, choose the Team plan. It supports unlimited teammates and includes 2,000 steps and 5,000 AI credits each month.

Organizations with specific needs like custom integrations, security requirements, or large teams requiring dedicated support can contact [email protected] to explore Enterprise options.

Does checking or polling for new data count as an automation?

No. Checking for updates, such as monitoring a Salesforce deal or a Google Drive folder, does not count as a step. Only successfully completed actions consume steps.

Which integrations are included in each plan?

All plans include the same integrations. There are no extra charges for "premium" connections. You can request any additional integrations your team requires.

While all integrations are available, paid plans are required for faster data polling intervals.

How do I cancel or make changes to my plan?

Visit relay.app/billing to modify or cancel your plan at any time.

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the current billing cycle. If you downgrade or cancel, you'll retain access to your current plan's features until the cycle ends.
